DESCRIPTION
Our Half-Caff Blend is a great coffee for those who just want a little "pick-me-up" in the afternoon without a little "sleep-me-not" at night. We blend this smooth, dark roast after roasting to produce a rich and full-bodied cup that satisfies with 50% less caffeine than our regular coffees.
This coffee is Fair Trade Certified by IMO, Organic Certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and grown in shaded conditions by small farmer cooperatives. In addition, the complete carbon footprint (from crop to cup) for this coffee has been offset with tree planting, which qualifies it as a CarbonFree Certified product by CarbonFund.org.
All of our coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh daily. We package in air-tight, foil-lined bags with one-way degassing valves to preserve freshness.
