DESCRIPTION
Bright and crisp with a nutty aroma, the Chiapas possesses a lively, medium body. When roasted to a medium level, it has a clean flavor that makes it a favorite breakfast coffee.
This high-grown coffee is cultivated in the volcanic highlands of Southern Mexico by an indigenous farmer cooperative. The coffee is Fair Trade Certified by TransFairUSA, Organic Certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and grown in shaded conditions.
All of our coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh daily. We package in air-tight, foil-lined bags with one-way degassing valves to preserve freshness.
