DESCRIPTION
This limited-release decaffeinated coffee is cultivated at elevations above 5,000 feet in the volcanic highlands of Southern Mexico. We gently take this coffee to a medium roast level, which showcases the brightness and subtle sweetness that coffees from this region are known for. This particular lot is highly aromatic with notes of cinnamon and spice that are sure to please when paired with a Sunday brunch or a rich dessert.
This coffee is Fair Trade Certified by TransFairUSA and Certified Organic by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and is grown in shaded conditions. Water process decaffeinated to preserve organic certification.
All of our coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh daily. We package in air-tight, foil-lined bags with one-way degassing valves to preserve freshness.
